It is a noodle making machine that can easily "squeeze" the dough made by hand or kneading machine to the desired thickness and cut it to the desired thickness.
The thickness of "Noshi" can be adjusted in 4 steps (1m to 2.5m).
* "Noshi" is performed with the cutter removed.
You can cut noodles to the desired thickness with 4 types of cutters (2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 9mm).
Depending on the combination, you can easily make udon, soba, Chinese noodles, fresh pasta, dumpling skin, etc. at home.
In particular, the extra-thick 9mm size cutter newly added to the set is ideal for making kishimen and fettuccine.
The menu that can be made has increased compared to the conventional machine.
Not only the main body but also the cutter part can be disassembled and washed with water, so it is easy to clean after use.
