    STEP 1
    General Cleaning: Vacuum any loose dirt. Shake can well and spray evenly onto upholstery. Rub the foam into upholstery fibers using the MicroScrub brush.
    STEP 2
    The brush can be removed for easy scrubbing by pressing the button on the back of the brush and then sliding the brush upwards. Wipe with a clean cloth.
    STEP 3
    For tough Stains/Spot Removal: Allow up to a minute for the foam to dwell on stained areas before scrubbing. Repeat application as needed to resolve set-in stains.

    Online store orders made before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. If it is placed after 2pm CST, it will be shipped the next business day. Typically orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. All our parcels will be shipped with a tracking reference number which can be emailed or sent to you via SMS. All Turtle Wax brand store orders will be shipped via Fedex.

These Terms of Sale create a legally binding agreement between you and Turtle Wax and its affiliates (which we may refer to as Turtle Wax, we, us, or our) regarding orders placed for products available on the Platform.     PLACING ORDERS ON THE PLATFORM
    ELIGIBILITY TO ORDER
    To place an order on the Platform, you must be of legal age in your country.
    NO PURCHASE FOR RESALE
    The Platform is intended solely for Turtle Wax to sell Turtle Wax products direct to end consumers, and therefore purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale means the purchase of a Turtle Wax product by someone who resells, or intends to resell, the Turtle Wax product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If Turtle Wax believes you are involved in purchase for resale, Turtle Wax reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.
    HOW TO ORDER
    You need an e-mail address to place an order, and you may need to set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups to be able to use all the functionalities of the Platform. When you submit an order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order and will process the payment. We will send you an e-mail confirming that the products have been shipped (Confirmation). We recommend that you print or download a copy of these Terms of Sale and the relevant Confirmation for future reference. If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in writing and will not process the order.
    OUR RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
    Fulfillment of all orders on the Platform is subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order by written notice to you in the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the order we cancelled:
    the product is not available/in stock;
    your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
    your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
    your bank transfer payment is not received;
    we believe you are under the legal age in your country;
    we believe that you are a reseller;
    there was an error in the price displayed on the Platform;
    we could not deliver to the address provided by you;
    due to an Event Outside Our Control (see below); or
    in the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the Platform information.
    TITLE TRANSFER
    The risk of loss and title for products purchased from Turtle Wax pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
    INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY; LIMITED WARRANTY
    Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.     We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Apart from this warranty, the products are provided as-is and we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, as to the product.

    Returns of non-faulty items
    Our policy for returns of non-faulty items lasts 14 days. If more than this time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    For the return of non-faulty items, the shipping cost is covered by you.
    For expensive items we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on receipt, as this ensures the package in case it goes missing. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Your package must include the full name on the order and the invoice number. Once the item has been received at our office you will receive an email confirming receipt. After receipt of your goods, we shall inspect the condition of item and as appropriate issue a refund. We aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your order will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.

    Return Of Faulty Items
    If the product you have ordered is faulty, you have 30 days to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Turtle Wax Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.
    When returning faulty items, we shall email you a Prepaid returns label. Instructions of how to return the faulty item will be enclosed within the email. Simply follow the instructions and return your item. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.     Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
    Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to our Consumer Affairs Team Member when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
    Late or missing refunds

    Prior to requesting a cancellation, please check the status of your order via your confirmation email. If a tracking number has been assigned, we are unable to cancel your order.
