Sepac electric brake assy, p/n 40217, 24VDC, USA made, with Browning gear

Here is a Sepac electromechanical brake assy. I hooked it up to a 24 volt DC power supply and with no 24 volts applied the brake is engaged and when 24 volts is applied, the brake is disengaged. I don't know the torque specs, max rpm's, whether it's submersible, etc, so I don't know if it will work for your application or what is was previously used for. The p/n is 40217. I do not see any model or series # on the unit. The mfg date code is 10/08 and the serial # is 56251. There is a small "Made in USA" sticker on the unit. This weighs about 24 pounds. The overall height is app 3-1/8 inches. The outer diameter is app 7-1/2 inches. The inner diameter is app 3-3/8 inches. The internal mesh gear looks like it's made of fiberboard or wood. Not sure if it came from Sepac like that or if end user made that mesh gear. There are 3 screws holding top piece on so that fiberboard gear can be swapped. There is a Browning metal spur gear included with the unit. The Browning gear is p/n YSS618. It's app 3 inches in height, outer diameter is app 3-1/4 inches, the inner bore diameter is app 1-/14 inches, has 18 teeth. Inner bore has key cutout the entire length and there are 2 set screws for tightening to shaft. There is no shaft included. The Browning piece weighs just under 4 pounds. The wiring on the Sepac is about 24 inches long. Not sure of the gauge. Just a yellow jacket with a black and white wire inside. The black and white wires stick out about an inch from the yellow jacketing. There are 3 mounting thru holes on the Sepac. These are used. No vendor packaging or info.
