The Power Squat Rack is an all-inclusive choice for those who desire the safety and functionality of a lifting cage while incorporating additional features that allow the unit to be used as a bodyweight station or as a resistance training tool. With heavy use in mind, this must-have strength piece utilizes 12- and 14-gauge steel that will withstand the most grueling workout. All tube seams are welded to provide additional strength and stability. The overhead workout bar is constructed from high-grade tubular steel, which is fully welded to mounting plates with added gussets for reinforced support. All open frame ends are capped for safety and to prevent inner oxidation. Perfect to use for weightlifting, the included bar catches can be used to assist while performing squats, deadlifts, curls, and more. Use the upper workout bar as an anchor for suspended training products like ab straps and rings or use resistance bands.
