This eBay listing is for a mint in unused condition Atlas Pasta Factory by Himark / Marcato in Italy that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.   This has the Spaghetti and Ravioli accessories.   Model 150mm Deluxe.  I was told by the original owner that the set was never used and I'm not seeing any signs of use on the unit - just a few scratches from shelf wear.
