If a part is damaged, we submit the claim to the shipper. Payment is the responsibility of the shipper so in the rare event of a damaged or lost part, you will have to wait until UPS or The Post Office pays up.
Regarding returns: Unless the item is grossly misrepresented (this has not happen before) there are no refunds. In the event of a return,
the freight will not be refunded.
