This commercial-grade squat rack is perfect for the serious weight lifter. A squat rack is a "must have" for anyone serious about strength training. A squat rack can be used for many different exercises if it's combined with a dumbbell bench like flat, incline, and decline bench press, military press, and squats. The 1 inch thick, solid steel spotter arms can easily be moved up and down to accommodate the different exercises safely. The dual purpose chin-up handles enable you to do many other exercises as well.
