rts (road and mountain), we get our parts from auctions, and closing bike shops. We are able to get them at substantially below wholesale, so we can offer them at a considerable discount. Often we will get hubs and/or rims and build them up to wheels, or new bikes that we disassemble for parts, sometimes we get a bunch of older, out of stock parts that are brand new. We are also a regular bike shop and often a customer will want to switch out parts, if it is unlikely that I can sell them here I’ll put them on eBay.
Whatever I have, I will stand behind it. If you have a problem I will take care of it, either with a full refund (including shipping, if it is our problem), replacement or repair (everything new is warranted by the manufacturer for a year, we will help you getting satisfaction).

About shipping: We use USPS Priority mail because it is fast and inexpensive. Most items in the
US
arrive with in 2-3 days. If you choose the 1st class mailing it will take longer.
