Please see the main photo for what is included. We have re-designed the J Hooks that fit on the front power Rack so they now cater for standard seven foot Olympic Bars. So contrary to what is stated in the video an Olympic bar is not included with this package. Also no bench or weight plates are included, these can be purchased separately if required.

Cross over cable system
has a free moving weight plate system capable of holding Olympic or regular weight plates. The cables are Commercial Grade aircraft cable (rated 2000lbs) and fitted with high-grade commercial sealed bearing pulleys for quiet smooth motion and a 270-degree swivel.  Also included are 2 stirrup handles.
Smith Machine with counter-balance,
superior design and engineering ensure a safer and more natural range of movement when the body is in action. The Linier bearings ensure a smooth movement through the entire length of the steel shafts. Fitted with adjustable safety hooks so maximums can be performed safely. The 'counter-balance' system is ideal for beginners or rehabilitation when a near zero resistance is required.
Power Rack,
fitted with spotter arms and J-Hooks that are quick and easy to remove or adjust.
Multi 3 Way Chin Up Bar,
great for a variety of exercises.
Olympic Weight Plate Storage Rods,
