The Synergee Squat Rack V1 is fully equipped to get you through a challenging exercise session safely. Each rack stands 90" tall and has a 40" x 48" base.
The entire frame is welded with gussets to add extra-reinforced stability. All open frame ends are capped for extra safety. Bolt it to the floor for added stability and security. The V1 is outfitted with a 16 gauge steel frame with a 500lb max capacity.
Includes J Hooks, Safety Arms, Plate Storage and Pull Up Bar. This Rack provides a one stop shop for your body weight & resistance workouts – perfect for a multidimensional athlete looking to build their strength!

JCUPS
Our V1 Squat Rack come with (2) J Cups made from steel and finished with black powder coat. The J Cups that come with the V1 Rack are lined with grip tape to help the bar stay in place. The V1 PLUS J Cups are lined with a thick layer of plastic on the bottom and back of the barbell cradle.
SAFETY ARMS
Our V1 Rack come with Safety Arms. This means if you need to bail out a squat, you can do so safely because these arms will catch the bar. The Safety Arms that come with the V1 Rack are lined with grip tape to help the bar stay in place. The V1 PLUS Safety Arms are lined with a thick layer of plastic to reduce metal on metal contact.
PLATE STORAGE
Our V1 Rack include posts on the back of the rack for plate storage. Keep your bumper plates out of the way and in reach so you can stay focused during your workouts! Each rack has (2) posts at 12" long and made to hold 2"-opening weight plates.
