Out of State Buyers
Out of state CASH or self-financed buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Out of state buyers are still responsible for our 0 doc fee and inventory tax (.03% of purchase price.)
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, vehicle inventory tax, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is 0. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Deposit
Upon winning the auction, we require a 0 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit immediately for vehicles under ,000 and ,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit immediately for vehicles over ,000. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
Availability of Vehicle

It is possible that the listing may be still displayed when the car is no longer available.  All of our cars are advertised locally and in various other avenues. We reserve the right to void any "Buy It Now" sale without prior arrangements or communication with our dealership. Understand, sometimes there is a lapse in time between a sale of a vehicle elsewhere and our ability/availability to be able to end the auction. In the event a deposit is placed and the car is sold, any deposit will be refunded ASAP.
